For personal trainers

Workouts and meal plans for personal trainers, on one link

Your program lives in Sheets and your clients ask what to eat. SendFit puts both on one branded link: today's workout next to today's meals, logged on your client's phone, with no app and no login.

Sound familiar?

Programs scattered across files

A tab per client, a copy per week. Past 10 or 15 clients, the spreadsheets start running you.

Clients can't find last week's numbers

What they lifted last time is buried in a sheet that's hard to read between sets.

Nutrition lives somewhere else

The meal plan is a PDF or another app, often paid separately, so your client juggles two things.

How SendFit helps trainers

Paste your program from Sheets

Copy the table you already use. Every line is formatted the same way, and your numbers are never changed.

Last time, next to every exercise

Sets come prefilled from your prescription, with last session's weight and reps beside them. Works with no signal.

Meals on the same day

Add meals from 1,000 ready recipes or your own, with live macros and separate rest-day targets.

Your brand, not ours

Your logo and colors on every link, plus a small “Coach too?” line that you can turn off. Your clients never need an account.

A note on scope

Rules about who may give nutrition advice differ by country and state. In many places personal trainers can share general healthy-eating guidance and meal plans with healthy clients, while medical nutrition therapy is reserved for registered dietitians. Check what applies where you work, and refer clients with medical conditions to a dietitian or doctor.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a nutrition certification to use SendFit?

No. SendFit is a tool for building and delivering plans; you bring the knowledge. Make sure the advice you give fits your qualifications and the rules where you work.

Can I use SendFit next to my training app?

Yes. Turn Workouts off in your profile and SendFit does the meal plans only: keep your app for training and send the meal plan link alongside it. Or move the program over and put both on one link.

Can I paste my program from Google Sheets?

Yes. Copy the rows with their header (Exercise, Sets, Reps, Load) and paste them on the plan; weeks written side by side become separate weeks. You check where everything lands before anything changes.

Can I coach contest prep athletes with SendFit?

Yes. Turn on Prep Mode for an athlete with a show date: their link gets a countdown to the show, High, Low and Refeed days with their own targets, meals around their training time, daily steps and cardio, and a 20-second daily check-in. Your other clients don't change. Try the athlete's side at sendfit.app/demo/prep.
